About the companies
Focus company and Chaliwaté company came together to write a collective performance in 2016.
Mixing their different tools that are physical theatre, object theatre, puppets, stage acting and video, they work to create a visual, metaphorical, poetic, artisanal scenic writing, very close to a cinematographic writing.
Treated with humor and surrealism, the stories they tell draw their source from social issues.
In November 2019, the companies present their first show called Dimanche.
Dimanche received two Maeterlinck Prizes in Belgium in 2020 : 'Prize for the best performance' and 'Prize for the best artistic and technical creation.
The companies are working today on a new show.
