Joséphina was awarded three "coup de cœur" prizes at the Vue sur la Relève Festival in Montreal in April 2009, voted "Best Show" at the Nuevo Leon International Theatre Festival in Monterrey, Mexico in August 2011, received the Audience Award at the Huesca International Theatre and Dance Fair in Spain in October 2012 and was nominated for the 2013 Critics' Prize in Belgium in the "Discovery" category.
